Terms of Service - Personal Commissions

Hello! These are my terms for personal-use-only commissions.

Subject

I WILL DRAW:

  • Original Characters

  • Fanart

  • Couples

  • Human characters with animal ears/tails/wings ​

I WILL not DRAW:

  • Fetish art

  • Full Furry

    • I can make a human character out of non-human ones!

  • Depictions of political and/or religious opinions

  • Extreme muscles/Extreme obesity 

PAYMENT INFO

  • I will start drawing after payment has been made.

  • I only accept payment through paypal invoices.

  • All payments will be in EUROs, (Paypal can convert your currency very easily!)
     

ADDITIONAL COSTS

  • Rush fees apply to commissions with a deadline.

    • If you want to get your commission bumped to the top of my to-do list rush fees also apply.

  • Private commissions.

    • If you don't want me to share your commission on my social media I will charge a extra. 

  • Detailed design = higher price.

    • Character designs with a lot of detail naturally take longer to draw, therefore the price will reflect upon that. This also applies to extra characters in a drawing. 

  • Props. 

    • I will charge extra for props, the amount depends on the size of the prop.​

    • This includes: weapons, objects and animals.

  • Extra revisions.​ (See revisions for more info)

    • The price depends on the amount of work needed to fix the issue.​

 

REFUNDS

  • If I haven’t started: 90% return, minus possible paypal fees.*

  • Sketch done*: 50% return, minus possible paypal fees.

  • Started coloring: 10% return, minus possible paypal fees.

  • Finished piece: No refunds.

(* This might seem odd, but it's to make sure people don't order when they're not sure and end up wasting both our time.)​

(**If the finished piece is a sketch, this doesn’t apply.)

Costs

REVISIONS

  • Changing your order is fine as long as I have not yet started drawing. You will be asked to pay the extra or be refunded 80% of the difference if the new price is lower.

  • One round of revisions after completing the sketch: Changing stuff in the pose, outfit, hair, etc. 

  • One  round of revisions after finishing the shading: For changing colors, will not redraw parts. 


Note: For the sake of efficiency, I will fix all the issues mentioned in your first message. You can point out as many things you want! 

Extra revisions: As mentioned under Additional Costs, I will charge a fee for extra revisions. The price depends on the amount of work needed to fix the issue.


I don’t mind making changes and I don't take it personally if you think something is wrong!

But I have to set a limit so I don't work on free revisions endlessly.

Revisions

FINAL PRODUCT

Ownership of the artwork remains with the artist.

  • You will receive the final image as a full resolution PNG.

  • I may post a watermarked version on my own social media/portfolio. [Unless specified upfront it's a private commission.]

USAGE

Ownership of the artwork remains with the artist. However you are allowed to:​

  • Use the finished product as your icon or banner on your personal social media,

  • Post a watermarked version online for other people to see,

  • Print out the artwork to decorate your personal space or belongings,

  • Finish the drawing (in the case of ordering a sketch) and post it online with the proper credit.

 

Do not:

  • Use the product as a part of a commercial product* or to promote one. (e.g. promotional material, game assets)

  • Print the artwork (on merchandise) to sell to others*,

  • Edit the final product (exception: finishing a sketch I made),

  • Claim you created the artwork.
